30-Day Refund Window You may request a refund or return within 30 days of receiving your order.
Eligibility Requirements To qualify for a refund:
- The item must be unused and in its original condition.
- The item must be in its original packaging with all tags and labels attached.
- Proof of purchase (order number) is required.
Non-Refundable Items The following cannot be refunded unless defective:
- Personalized or custom-made products
- Opened consumable items (e.g., supplements, skincare, or edible products)
- Clearance, sale, or promotional items
- Digital downloads or e-gift cards
Step-by-Step Return Process
- Email us at help@solenfit.com within 30 days with your order number and reason for return.
- Our team will review your request and send return instructions (including the return address).
- Ship the item back to us (return shipping is at your expense unless the item is defective or incorrect).
- Once we receive and inspect the item, we will notify you by email.
Refund Processing Time Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days after we receive the returned item. Funds will be returned to your original payment method. Please allow additional time (up to 5 business days) for your bank or card issuer to credit your account.
Defective or Incorrect Items If you received a damaged, defective, or wrong item, contact us immediately at help@solenfit.com. We will cover return shipping and offer a full refund or replacement at no extra cost.
