Order Processing Time Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or holidays ship on the next business day.

International Shipping We ship worldwide to most countries. International orders may incur import duties, taxes, and customs fees, which are the customer’s responsibility and are not included in the shipping cost.
Delivery Issues If your package has not arrived within the estimated window, please contact us at help@solenfit.com with your order number. We will work with the carrier to locate your package. For lost or damaged shipments, we will arrange a replacement or refund as appropriate.
